Democrats Have To Make A Stronger Case For Geting Congress!

I just watched Tom Perez, the Head of the DNC, on the CNN Michael Smerconish program and I have to tell you I wasn't moved by his case for the American people to give the Democrat party a wave this November for Congressional seats. Tom saying that the Democrats are fielding good candidates talking about the issues people care about and mobilizing early, this is political mumbo jumbo that party leaders every election say. Mr. Perez did mention Health Care but I think it would behoove Democrats to be more specific that we are going to lower drug prices and we are going to eliminate some of the big drivers of health insurance premiums that are responsible for the sky high premiums seen today. We are going to reimbursing health insurance companies for the vouchers they have to give low income enrollees and we are going to reimburse health insurance companies for the outlier claim expenses they incur for covering enrollees with catastrophic health problems. Also, if Democrats want a wave they are going have to sound the alarm on the Republican Tax law. They are going have to be saying the truth that this tax bill put America on a path where we're living the high life on America's credit card and when the bill comes do it is going to have a devastating effect. They need to tell the American people the truth that the Republican tax bill put America on a trajectory where we are going to be Greece during their credit crisis where they could not sell bonds. This tax bill has created trillion dollar a year deficits indefinitely this will cause an interest rate crisis in America where across America people will be paying alarming interest rates for things. The country needs to fix the irresponsible Republican Tax bill, American businesses need to pay their fair share in Taxes otherwise the American economy is doomed! Democrats need to talk this talk or they won't be walking the walk in Congress come 2019!

Real People are concerned when the Democrats sound more and more like pure socialists.

Really? Where is the legislation that might do those little things for the good of the consumers of medicants for their well being and will truly upset some of the Orange Clown's largest donors. What EXACTLY has Trump proposed to Congress to work on????

Medicare Part D is the largest single program buyer of drugs in the country. That program is forbidden BY LAW from negotiating with big pharma on prices. Those prices are passed on through the Medicare providers to the participants in the program. On the other hand the VA has its own drug formulary for veterans and every drug price is negotiated and contract signed to get the price to the lowest possible for the government.

If Trump was looking out for the taxpayers, why is there one standard for taxpayer pocketbooks and another for the government to the detriment of the taxpayers and the sweet deals to pharma? The bottom line is the Phony-in-Chief is looking out for his big campaign donors and sure as Hell not for the taxpayers just like Bush 43 when he passed that Part D scam about 12 or so years ago.
