Everything on the list is essential or time-sensitive. I'm sure clergy can get out to give last rights. There is nothing that indicates "power madness" here. Our local churches, synagogues, mosques, and temples are closed. There are religious services on the internet. Prayer is free and may be done at any time by anybody.
