Just before the weekend, the National Park Service informed charter boat captains in Florida that the Florida Bay was "closed" due to the shutdown. Until government funding is restored, the fishing boats are prohibited from taking anglers into 1,100 square-miles of open ocean. Fishing is also prohibited at Biscayne National Park during the shutdown.

This Shutdown is actually doing some real good. More & more Americans are finding out just how much of their lives Big Brother now controls. He's everywhere. Can't even fish anymore without him harassing and trying to coerce more money from you. These are good lessons for Americans. Too much Government is bad. It's time for less.

If obama controls the ocean, when will he shut down the ports? This might be an indication of just how controlling obama does see the government. He's ordering the closure of private businesses, the ocean, even overlooks that get no federal maintenance or protection.

Governments are gangs. And the U.S. Government is the biggest of them all. Everywhere you look, Big Brother is there shaking Citizens down. Most Americans feel like they're constantly being mugged by their Government. You can't do anything anymore without Government Gangsters getting in your face trying to shake you down for more cash. It's just another criminal racket in the end. I really do hope & pray Americans figure it out and demand change.
