Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein submits resignation

I believe he's one of Nunes' referrals to Barr for indictment. He stuck around sucking up the new AG and complimenting Trump....might get him off the hook....we'll see.

He announced he would be resigning after the Mueller report was submitted. I believe it was late last year or earlier this year.

Another nothing-burger.

Good riddance to him. What a colossal failure he was.

Most likely part of a deal

It appears that our nutbags actually believe that there will be indictments issued for those who have investigated Trump’s corruption.

Sadly funny.

No principles. Just stuck his finger in the air and felt for the breeze.

The Left hated James Comey after Hillary lost. So Rosenstein thought everyone would be thrilled when he recommended to Trump that he fire him for his mishandling of the Hillary Whitewash, including smearing her when she wasn't indicted. You either indict or you shut your mouth.

The Left erupts, Rosenstein panics, and appoints a Special Prosecutor to see if Trump obstructed justice for following Rosenstein's recommendations! Now if Jeff Sessions was recused how in the world is Rosenstein not recused since he wrote the memo that recommended Comey's firing?

Then the Rat-Face offered to wear a wire to spy on Trump, his boss.

He appoints Mueller to handle a counter-intelligence investigation, which is not what the SC statue calls for. And prosecutors prosecute crimes, they are not suited to counter-intelligence investigations. But making this a Counter Intelligence investigation, Rosenstein circumvents the 4th amendment, does not specify a crime and provides no problem cause for a criminal investigation of Trump or the Trump campaign, allowing Mueller and his band of witch hunters to essentially execute an unconstitutional General Warrant. Rosenstein apparently thought this was clever as the way the SC statute is written, Rosenstein's actions are not reviewable.

Now that the DOJ is moving toward examining the illegal spying on the Trump Campaign, of course Rosenstein is out the door, he signed one of the spying warrant applications.

Great summary.

If laws were broken in an attempt to damage Trump, should those who broke the laws be prosecuted? Or should they be nominated for president like y'all did with Hillary?

This Will be interesting in the next few weeks. You know that this corrupt White House leaks like a sieve.
We’ll find out what happened. And it probably won’t take all that long.

Perhaps we could ask the Russians? Trump seems to confide in them.
All they have to do is ask for what they want.
Russians could ask the questions for us. Just pay them a few roubles.

Did he tell them he'd be more flexible after the election?

No laws were broken. The IG had already investigated the matter.

There will be investigations. There will be no indictments.

Your relationship with the idea of law and order is specious.

Trump is corrupt?? Huh evidence?? Not sure if you missed it but we had a two-year investigation that proved you wrong

Read the Mueller report or have a trustworthy person read it for you.

Trump is and always has been corrupt. One day, you will deny that you supported him and you'll blame others for his rise to power.
