It has to do with if your mind is functioning normally and you can reason and understand what you are hearing and reading. Feinstein at the end was clearly not fit for office anyone who is being honest can see the decline in Biden and McConnell freezing up on stage twice now is troubling. Since serving in Congress has now basically become a life time profession there should be something in place to show the public you are still fit to hold the office when you hit an age that people in the private sector would be forced to retire at.

You make light of the fact that Newsom apparently considers skin color and gender - the DNA someone was born with which they have no control over - as some of the most important qualifications to wield incredible power in the US Legislature.

I don't think it is funny; and it has been illegal for 59 years to discriminate based upon race and gender in employment, including hiring, firing, promotions, etc.
