Looking at the way things have gone on foreign policy, it does seem like he will do a lot of public posturing for effect, and then deal differently when face to face. And NATO is now saying to Trump "You keep bombing the shit out of people and you're on your own". Suddenly Trump thinks NATO is a good idea.
