yes morty a Hispanic can be white....The term "Hispanic" is used to describe people who have ancestry from a country where Spanish is the primary language or those with Spanish culture or origin.....this includes people of Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, Dominican, Central American, South American, or other Latin American or Spanish origin. People of Hispanic origin can be of any race.
