Fake accusations of criminal activity are not prosecuted. Witness years of goons screeching "Lock her up! Lock her up!", yet the regime that promoted them never, with four years to do so, could contrive pretexts for any indictments, prosecutions, convictions, or sentencing.

Pressuring the Ukrainian president to contrive evidence of malfeasance failed, and that scam was exposed. If 'Squid Head' Giuliani is still hiding a Hunter "laptop from hell" in his frillies, no one is eager to retrieve it.

The goons will just have to pleasure themselves with screeching their delusions of incarcerations at their super-spreader jamborees.

Under American jurisprudence, such baseless accusations would be laughed out of court as expeditiously as dozens of frivolous challenges to the election.
