My parents didn’t control what I was reading when I was 13, 14, and 15 and thank God for that or I would never have learned anything about sex, birth control or reproduction. There were no sex Ed classes in those states.

Obviously, he was not at all healthy, in a mental way. His body may have been in fine shape, but the very fact that he wanted his body mutilated in the intended manner is proof that his mind was fucked up. It should be treated, at best, as serious malpractice for any medical professional to have any willing part in such an attempted mutilation of a patient's body, as an alleged “treatment” for what is clearly a psychiatric disorder. At the very least, any such doctor needs to have his medical license revoked. Criminal charges would not be out of line.
