First and foremost, NONE of these people were given AMNESTY. NO ONE has gotten Amnesty, they were given delayed/ deferred deportation status, so would you and your following, please stop LYING.

Have had their day in court, and have been CONVICTED by a jury or by a judge, of their crimes. You can presume and know all of what you think you know about them, but without their day in court, PROVING they are here illegally, they ARE NOT CONVICTED Criminals....

And what YOU and your following don't seem to recognize is that CONGRESS has failed to fund INS with enough money to give the 10 to 20 million alleged illegals a trial,with a lawyer representing them, so that they CAN BE convicted and then deported. Congress only funds the deportation of a handful of the millions of alleged illegals already here, and at this funding level, it will take 30 years before all of these illegals could LEGALLY be deported.

This is WHY we need immigration reform, and only Congress can do this completely, and thoroughly.

CONGRESS needs to get off their behinds, stop twiddling their thumbs and actually do something, and FUND whatever it is that they legislate.

It is a fact that Obama released hundreds of convicted murderers, kidnappers, and rapists. I even saw the congressional grilling of one of the idiots that was responsible for the release.
