Doing Cologuard next week

I would recommend getting an actual colonoscopy......more thorough.......

I had a screening colonoscopy like 16 years ago. I had it at a teaching hospital, and when they rolled me in, they got me loaded on Versed and asked me if I minded if students watched.

My quote was "sure, they can join the party"
 
The fine print indicates that that they assume no responsibility for results might indicate a false positive or negative. If you have a family history for colon cancer go for the real thing and if you don't, don't invest in junk science.

Only my sister in law, not a blood relative had colon cancer in my family. I'm taking this test for the same reason as I had a colonoscopy and other medical tests over the years. Make everyone happy, I expect a finding of negativity.
