DOJ Admits Federal Government Ran Informants Inside the Oath Keepers on Jan. 6 & they could be called to testify under 6th Amendment

Wow. I thought for sure you would claim to care about the truth of the matter, you know, since people are actually being held in prison based on these claims,

but, nope, as long as the formalities are followed, you are fine with your political enemies being imprisoned, whether or not the charges are real or false.

Well. Thanks for your honesty.
Prove that anyone was arrested based on the informant mentioned

Which doesn't provide evidence those informants were even at the Capitol that day. There was only one informant known to go into the Capitol.

ok. Thanks.

LOL

Nutcase, that doesn't mean he was among the first to go inside the Capitol. It's known he wasn't because he recorded himself in the middle of a pack of people going in.

I'm not sure what you think you are saying here. He was at the front of the pack at the time when Babbit got killed.

If they're guilty, why should I care about them?

Idiot, we're not talking about where he was inside the Capitol once he got inside. We're talking about whether or not he instigated storming the Capitol.

It would be extremely helpful if you could keep up with the debate.

Those are not the same people I showed in the videos I posted. Predictably, you're lying again.

The videos I posted did not have any "pop, pop, pop" sounds. Just a single loud bang. And Aahes Targetpractice wasn't by that barricaded door. She was at another barricaded door on the other side of the chamber leading into the Speaker's Lobby. And the people in the videos I posted were not evacuating, they were hunkering down.
The last twenty members of Congress and their staff evacuated from the House Chamber are what have come to be known as the "Gallery Group" because they were upstairs in the gallery overlooking the floor. Numerous people reported what they thought were gunshots but were actually just things being struck by someone with a flagpole. There was only one gunshot and that occurred as the "Gallery Group" were being escorted out of the House Chamber which means in a matter of seconds that chamber would have been empty except for whatever law enforcement officers chose to remain behind. So why was it that Byrd decided THEN that he needed to shoot a protester without warning?

Still posting on the wrong thread troll? Even after a thread was created just for you and this subject?
You mean the thread that you created because you couldn't produce the video you promised, Lesh? The only reason you created that thread is you got punked in this one!

Great, now prove Tom Suozzi was a member of the "Gallery Group"...

I've already shown you the videos. Lying doesn't help you.

You showed me a video of the "Gallery Group" taken before they were being evacuated, Faun. It proves nothing except they were the last group to be taken out of the House Chamber. When Ashli Babbitt was shot they were about to exit out of the room down by the Speaker's lecturn. The House Chamber was literally seconds from being completely emptied of Congressional members which begs the question WHY did Officer Byrd feel compelled to shoot Babbitt at point blank range with no warning?

The gunshot is heard and no one is leaving. One of the videos was 2 minutes long and still, no one was leaving.

And you're lying about Byrd not giving warning. Baranyi said she was warned but didn't heed the warning.

"At 1:28 p.m., I received a text that the “Capitol Building had been breached.” I still continued on to the House Chamber to watch the certification debate. I took the elevator to the third floor, where I looked out the windows and saw thousands of people. I heard them too. I walked to the other side of the Chamber, and the Capitol Police directed me into the gallery. Notwithstanding the earlier message about the breach, everything seemed normal to me. I texted my family that I was in the Chamber and everything was O.K. I texted my staff and asked them to keep me updated on what they saw on social media and on TV."

That wasn't the gunshot. That was the banging noise that was mistaken for gunshots. I can provide testimony about that as well if you'd like, Faun! The actual gunshot comes later when the "Gallery Group" is now down on the floor of the chamber about to be taken out through the exit that leads down to the Congressional subway.

LOL

I didn't ask you to prove he was up in the gallery. I challenged you to prove he was part of the "Gallery Group."

There were a lot of people up in the gallery that day but only 28 were among the last ones there who would later call themselves the "Gallery Group." Prove he was one of those 28....

Of course it was the gunshot. It was even referred to as a "gunshot" in both videos. And the banging noise you're referring to was "pop, pop, pop." Not, "bang!" The "pop, pop, pop" sound turned out to be glass breaking. The "bang" was the single gun shot.

"The doors to the Chamber were barricaded. We heard loud banging on those doors. The Chamber floor, filled with almost 100 members of Congress and staff, was being evacuated. At 2:40 p.m., those of us in the gallery were told to leave as well."

He's STILL in the gallery, Faun! Duh?

Excellent !!! Good job with Enemy Reconnaissance there, DoJ !!! Glad to hear that it will be usable in the criminal law courts. :clap2:

No actually it wasn't the gun shot. People mistook some of those noises as gunshots but the lone gunshot that day took place as the last of the House members (the Gallery Group) were being evacuated! The gunshot that killed Ashli Babbitt occurred at 2:43...which means it took place 3 minutes after they'd started to remove the last 20 people from the gallery...hence the witness statement that they were 3/4's of the way from being evacuated. They are literally seconds from no longer being in the House Chamber. So I ask again...what was Officer Byrd's rationale for shooting someone at point blank range with no warning to "safeguard" members of Congress that were no longer in danger?
