They think they are the law.

DOJ putting out "Fact Sheets" minimizing the impact of a SCOTUS decision after being told it has been employing a legally erroneous definition of a statute -- while using it for the very first time under these circumstances -- against hundreds of people, seeking to keep some of them detained pending trial, all based on a charge that should have never been brought?

I'll be roasting some DOJ officials over a bonfire I'm going to build using that.​

This was one of Trump's failures at the debate. He never said that SOME of the rioters deserved to be prosecuted and punished, but others were not deserving of their harsh treatment by DoJ. It needed to be said.

He might even have said, they had a lot to be pissed off about.
