Deltex, I am not even a little bit interested in parsing Trump's speeches for you. If he has to have his words rehashed, and rephrased, or rewritten, so that the meaning no longer is the same as the words that he spoke, then I don't think that he should be in charge of the State Dept., which falls under the administrative branch of the US government. Of course, that went without saying before he even opened his mouth.
