If you want it HELTER SKELTER, changing each time we have a new president, where each president can do exact opposites and both do so legally because the immigration law is so loose as a goose...

Or you don't want to fund border patrol and immigration courts, and detention centers....then by all means just sit on your thumbs with your cushy ass....and do nothing....
