This should absolutely be a top priority in Trump's first 100 days and it does not require legislation. Trump has full authority over the executive branch and can simply issue directives for cybersecurity measures in the State Department, Department of Defense, etc.

• Obamacare was forced down the throat of the American people without any support from the other side of the aisle. It proved to be political suicide for the Dumbocrats. If Trump makes his wall the first priority, it will have the same results.

• Tax reform on the other hand would have at least some bipartisan support and would make a major impact on improving the economy (which makes everyone happy).
