God bless the men and women of our armed forces. Theirs is not to wonder why, theirs is but to do or die.

They deserve better leaders.

The parade this year was overwhelming! Lots of military, from WWII onward. Signs on street lamps, "Thanks to Our Troops, from a Grateful Nation." gosh I'm glad I live in GOP central!

My kids were awed! They are old enough to understand, this effects them from 9/11 forward. Even the token 'liberal' youngest. :
