Don't Visit Sanctuary Cities/Counties/States

Have San Francisco Government officials been arrested yet? Probably not. They're being protected by the criminal in the White House. There is no justice.

Do you have a proof of that?

They're criminals. The woman and her family won't see real justice until the Government officials who created the 'Sanctuary City' are arrested and prosecuted. Period, end of story.

Link it because that isn't illegal either, unless you are helping him get away and you know it, which makes you an accomplice...
And passing a sanctuary law isn't helping an illegal get away ? Whaaaat ? It's helping ALL illegals get away. And it is violating federal law as well.

No, they are simply forbidden from asking at the State and Local level. If the Feds wish to ask, so be it.

Helping illegals is breaking the law? Care to show us where?

As for Jesus, he was big on helping those in need, something you wouldn't understand.

Federal Immigration and Nationality Act
Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)

"Any person who . . . encourages or induces an alien to . . . reside . . . knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such . . . residence is . . . in violation of law, shall be punished as provided . . . for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs . . . fined under title 18 . . . imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both."

Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:

* assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or

* encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or

* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

Penalties upon conviction include criminal fines, imprisonment, and forfeiture of vehicles and real property used to commit the crime. Anyone employing or contracting with an illegal alien without verifying his or her work authorization status is guilty of a misdemeanor. Aliens and employers violating immigration laws are subject to arrest, detention, and seizure of their vehicles or property. In addition, individuals or entities who engage in racketeering enterprises that commit (or conspire to commit) immigration-related felonies are subject to private civil suits for treble damages and injunctive relief.

Any more dumb assed assertions?
That's bringing people in, or knowingly employing them, or helping them skirt the law to get a job, not, as I said, helping them. I'm not breaking the law to give them a sandwich or a ride, but PC believes that, and it isn't true. I'd be helping them the way Jesus would. #53 and 55.

Read the first paragraph again, has nothing to do with bringing anyone in, it's aiding them to remain.

As far as giving him a sandwich and a ride, what do you not understand about aiding an abetting? But here's a reference as to the ride.

(ii)knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law;

You lose, again!
I read the law, now learn how it how it plays out: 8 U.S. Code 1324 - Bringing in and harboring certain aliens US Law LII Legal Information Institute

And there's nothing illegal about helping illegals as Jesus would, and when asked to back that up PC couldn't course because she is wrong, as usual, and so are you. The jails would be filled to far beyond capacity if the law was what you believe it is.

Quote the section you're referring to, then I'll address it.
If you could address it you already would have. What you believe is the law, isn't.

Same question, where does it say it's illegal to help illegals?

Are you being insincere, or are you really that ignorant ? (in the case of liberals, being understandable)

No, the policy is you are not allowed to ask (papers please?), not you are not allowed to tell. Don't ask, nothing to tell. No laws broken...

There cannot be any justice in San Francisco until Government officials are arrested. Period, end of story.
That will never happen so stop posting such a thing.
Why would it not happen ? (other than Obama preventing it) remember he's only president until Jan. 2017, and then we have Trump.
Why it would not happen is because no laws were broken. If the Feds wanted him gone, that was up to the Feds.

No, the policy is you are not allowed to ask (papers please?), not you are not allowed to tell. Don't ask, nothing to tell. No laws broken...
You are twisting words around, and maybe thinking you can get somebody confused. I'm not confused.

The policy (LAW) is not being allowed to ask, or not being allowed to tell. It is being REQUIRED TO TELL (as I just showed you by posting the laws, giving you no excuse now to not know what they are)

They are forbidden to ask, not to tell. Learn the fucking law.

You cannot tell what you are not allowed to ask. Sanctuary city - Wikipedia the free encyclopedia means you are not allowed to ask, not that you are not forbidden from telling, but asking in the first place, which,...................................................wait for it,........................................is not against the law.

If you would learn the fucking law you would understand the difference between being forbidden from telling, against the law, and forbidden from asking, not against the law.

PS - in addition to the 2 laws I already stated there is yet another 1996 law forbidding the San Francisco supervisors (and any other sanctuary criminal loons) from protecting illegal aliens. That is the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996. This act states that immigrants unlawfully present in the United States for 180 days but less than 365 days must remain outside the United States for three years unless they obtain a pardon. If they are in the United States for 365 days or more, they must stay outside the United States for ten years unless they obtain a waiver.

Neither has any relevance to this, as I already taught you in Post # 115. You're a slow learner.
