What personnel was put in danger?

You certainly can not back up even one of thsoe assertions. But, it's a statist thing. I know that. Next your proof will be a bunch more speculation and allegations about this supposed China/Russia affair Snowden had when he gave them information.

Snowden did none of those things. That would be Bradley Manning. What Snowden revealed was wholly concerned with domestic spying. The department he worked in was directed at only domestic spying. No one was put at risk but the government and its credibility that it is protecting the public.
