No clue. All I know is I loved watching the lady in the blue outfit and the happy gal in the wheelchair...and everyone else having fun!

I ran up to the little market down the street and there are THOUSANDS of people down there. I thought...WTF? So I asked the guy what was going on. He said it is Celebration Day or some such...with 2 live bands. Right now, it is steel drums. At 5pm, a local reggae group.

I wish I wasn't such a recluse. It looked like such fun..all the people (OLD people, I might add), carrying folding chairs down to the bay for tonight's show.
