Michael Temple was leaving a bar in downtown Austin, Texas when he passed a group of six or seven black men on the way to his car and one of the men shouted, “F**k Donald Trump,” before blindsiding Temple with a punch to the ear.

This is terrible.

I've seen either the Mayor of Austin or their police make public statements in the past.
If the people responsible for this attack don't come forward on their own,
I hope either their family or church leaders urge them to,
or the Mayor and other city leaders speak out against this attack.

Austin is a diverse and culturally open place,
especially for musicians. I hope someone speaks
out on behalf of the Austin community
in support of resolving this and restoring good faith relations.
