Assad should tell the pilots of the regime's aircraft to be more careful of what they are bombing. In fact, just the other day I was reading that his aircraft damaged the northern war at Palmyra, of which one of the residents of the town said: “This [attack] was done by the Syrian regime,” explained resident Osama Alkhateb. “But we don’t know why as there was nothing to hit apart from the ruins. There is no Isil in the area: they are all at least two kilometres [1.2 miles] away.

BEIRUT: Syria’s best-known mosaic museum in the northern rebel-held town of Maaret al-Numan has been seriously damaged in a regime barrel bomb attack, according to archaeological experts.

The Association for the Protection of Syrian Archaeology said the museum “suffered serious damage caused by two explosive-packed barrels dropped on Monday by Syrian army helicopters.”

The non-governmental organization published pictures of the museum, located in an ancient Ottoman caravanserai, showing entire walls once covered with mosaics collapsed into rubble.

Palmyra has been rigged with explosives to destroy the history.
ISIS has also captured young boys and are using them for cage fights.

This is the example of the new caliphate they want to create????

Surely, the terrorist that shed false tears about the museum have sold the antiquities already like they always do:

""The armed groups kicked out the employees of the museum," he added, adding that Syria’s treasures could be smuggled and sold abroad in neighboring Turkey."

I wonder, why there is a picture form 2011 and there is just another of Sally´s fake 404 links...

Well, those aren't exactly precision-guided munitions.
Not the alleged "barrel bombs". "Barrel bomb" is the anti-Syrian propagandist´s name for the Russian FAB bombs.

Why don't you tell us how these Russian bombs do more damage in Syria than the barrel bombs?
However, the barrel bombs do a lot of damage too.

Since I read about the prison there the other week, I can't but help think of those who were imprisoned and tortured in there don't want the prison destroyed because it holds too many memories for them.

It is not about preserving memories but eradicating the proof of Assad's crimes before they are fully realized or prosecuted.
I'm sure they would like to forget, but there is justice to be served as well. It is about preventing it from happening again as well.

There is no difference, as you know. Why is there an old link with another "heartwarming" Al-Qaeda propaganda story, btw?

Why don't you write the Editor of the New York Times and address your query to him? Give him a laugh for the day.

I am not going to waste my time talking to the puppets of the "free" press.

So go talk to the other psychotics in the nut house. Nobody is stopping you. You can tell them how much you admire your buddy and that you will convince them to do same. Say, maybe you can gather up a bunch of them in the nut house and form a unit to go to Syria to help your beloved.
