If you could try (as prosector, or defense) anyone in history (real or imaginary or 'uncertain' as in religions) who would it be? How would your case go?

I'd love to defend Adam and Eve for eating the forbidden fruit. :) My defense would consist of showing how they were in fact guilty of disobediance, but with an affirmitive defense. G-d in fact lied about what would happen. The serpent knowing of this lie (somehow) merely disclosed the truth to Eve who then ate and offered it to her husband Adam. In doing so they both then understood good and evil. But not understanding good and evil can they then be responsible for disoediance in the first place? Are they not as children who haven't yet reached adulthood and thus aren't responsible for legal infractions either?
