Curious, do they have residency requirements in those countries as they would have to remain out of the country as it appears they may have committed a class 2 felony.

Of course it is doubtful as the "child" indicated in Pennsylvania law would be a minor.

Yet child could be used in several ways? As in Father and child regardless of age.
