There's three rating agencies...S@P down graded us but moodies and fitch didn't.

Who is the party that has been fighting for 5 years not to have a long term budget?
It isn't Republicans. Republicans have been putting out long term plans since 2011.

Democrats in the Senate just put up one for 2014 but they did not do one for over 4 years.
