And has been in trouble here ever since here. He used a steak knife to stab him in the back. He took a plea deal and charges were reduced to 2nd degree assault. He claimed it was self defense originally, even though he stabbed him in the back. Sounded that Washington just wanted to get rid of him.

This guy has a record for battery, marijuana possession, driving without a license and who knows what else- those charges all within 7 months of each other. His last name is Padilla. Full name Shaquielle Olmeda Padilla. He also has charges in Pasco county, which I don't know what for.

Oh, so it wasn't really about the cigarettes at all but rather about his outstanding warrants.
