Roger Ailes set's the morning meeting so everyone in Fox News is on the same page and the next day, it's generally a different topic. Why stick around for a serious question, (R)ight?

Fox News uses very basic and typical brainwashing techniques (see if these make you want to go Waco with Fox News Junkies)

1)Panic Mongering
2)Character Assassination.
3)Projection/Flipping.
4)ReWriting History
5)Scapegoating/othering

7)Bullying

But as the Right Wing has observed. We can't just be stupid without recoil. We have to get votes too. We have to stop being the stupid party.

To think that any news source is fair and balanced is absurd.

Sure, Fox news is not fair and balanced, but it sure beats 24 hour news coverage of flight 370 that CNN covers.

The bottom line is that they are there to sell soap, as well as a political agenda.

Really? who owns current/al gore tv?

So why would a muslim own a right wing channel as you say it is?

notice another argument made from a vacuum, liberals never connect dots

Oh really how many times does this Muslim and FOX news garbage have to be debunked yes the Muslim in question owns a grand total of 7% I believe Murdoch owns the other 93% .

Explain to me how THIS doesn't influence what you read/see???

When 1,160 (85%) of the Senior executives, on-air personalities, producers, reporters, editors, writers and other self-identifying employees of ABC, CBS and NBC contributed more than $1 million to Democrats candidates and campaign committees in 2008, according to an analysis by The Examiner of data compiled by the Center for Responsive Politics.
Obama, Democrats got 88 percent of 2008 contributions by TV network execs, writers, reporters | The Daily Caller

Do you think these people would then - write anything NEGATIVE about a Democrat/Obama when 85% of the GAVE to the Democrats?
Do you think these people would then write anything POSITIVE about a GOP when 85% gave to Democrats?

Do you think that NewsWeek would write anything negative about Obama when it came to Bush it was:
Evan Thomas Editor of NewsWeek's quotes Well, our job is to bash the president, that's what we do." --
Evan Thomas responding to a question on whether the media's unfair to Bush on the TV talk show Inside Washington,
February 2, 2007.Newsweek's Evan Thomas: 'Our Job Is To Bash the President' | NewsBusters

MSM Job to Bash the President..."

..........But when it comes to Obama ... any bashing here???

COLOR="Blue"]I mean in a way Obama’s standing above the country, above – above the world, he’s sort of God." [/COLOR]
Evan Thomas on Hardball, Newsweek?s Evan Thomas: Obama Is ?Sort of God? | NewsBusters

Another study found that ABC News had aired 55 positive stories on Obama's health-care policy compared to just 18 negative stories.
(Source: Business and Media Institute - Jun 2009) Interesting isn't that 73% of these Obama care stories are positive... )

FACT is the MSM is so biased most intelligent/informed Americans have this response to the question:
Only one-quarter of those surveyed say news orgs get the facts right, a new low since 1985 when the question was first asked.
Two-thirds (66 percent) say stories are often inaccurate, a new high.
And nearly three-quarters of Americans believe that journalists try to cover up their mistakes, rather than admit them.
http://www.poynter.org/latest-news/...cans-say-press-cant-get-their-facts-straight/

the Gallup poll details that only 23% of viewers actually trust the mainstream media television news.
Gallup Poll: Virtually No One Trusts the Mainstream Media

So tell me where other then Fox are you getting "fair and balanced"???

Did anyone else notice that he doesn't have a single link to back up anything he claimed?

How come you never talk about MSNBC? Or the way CNN has, somehow, not even mentioned the fact that California State Senator Leland Yee was indicted on gun running and racketeering charges? Is it because you are a hack?

Who's got the highest viewership?

During peak news hours or generally speaking?

Before Fox there was NO conservative programs news wise, No conservative bent to anything, just liberal lalal crap. Anyone complaining about Fox has obviously never seen CBS, NBC or ABC, nor have they watched CNN, MSNBC or any other lame stream News program.

Fox has the whole spectrum from conservative to liberal.

But I don't watch TV news, it is a waste of time, the press is not what it once was, now they believe in creating news, crafting news stories and twisting the stories to meet their managements political bias.

Actually MSM is the range you are talking about. Fox News doesn't have that range, they just tell people they do.

Fox News and MSNBC are almost exactly alike except MSNBC state's it's, "Left wing political talk" and Fox News states it's "Fair and balanced" In fact, I'd like for you to show me where MSNBC ever stated they are news. Perhaps I'll change my views.

Liberals are hilarious, he says fox uses talking points, then makes a list with motjing but talking points. But damn the left HATES christianity.... to an absurd level

If you are un-bias enough, you would actually study the topic.

A record number of Christians are becoming Leftists today.

Guess you were "too fast to speak"

James1:19 My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry (SLOW TO BECOME ANGRY. SEEN FOX NEWS LATELY? STILL THINK IM LEFT WING BIAS OR CHRISTIAN BIAS?)

Yes they certainly do use the brainwashing techniques you have described - but only a fraction as much as the 90% of the Socio-Facist Liberal-Progressives have been doing for the past several decades. Which perhaps is why they are so popular .

Socio-Facists and "Useful Idiots" such as yourself are up in arms and foam at the mouth at the near mention of Fox News - Fox is stealing the show and tearing into what the Liberal-Progressives considered their exclusive domain - societal manipulation amd mass mind programming / brainwashing. Its's about Fking Time !

...poll showed that Fox News is the most trusted source of information about the most important issue in America today: ObamaCare. Fox News beat "friends and family," NPR, President Obama, and every rival news network. As recently as last month, Fox News absolutely crushed CNN and MSNBC in the ratings. In both total viewers and the all-important 25-54 age demo, Fox News beat both of them combined. Moreover, out of over 100 channels, Fox News is #2 in all of cable..... Fox News isn't just dominant; it's competition is in deep, deep water and either drowning or barely treading water
Media Matters for America

So you are so obsessed with Fox News that you think I'm Leftist for attacking it.......yep........that's about (R)ight.

A liberal whining about FOX news well at least it's a break from hearing them whine about the Koch brothers.

^ A Liberal using gafs to ensure the population doesn't educate themselves on the Liberal Corruption of Politics and Government. He/She believes Liberal profit is the only way in America. Much like the Islamists that built and worshiped the golden calf when Moses was away.

Another wingut lie. I strongly recommend you dump that one, it will definitely bite you in the ass in 2016.

No, the left wing hates the idea of a pseudo religion based on cherry-picked judeo-christian literature becoming the law of the land.

Why do we need more than one news network? Isn't news the same?

Good question. As an example, let's use the story of the missing Malaysian airliner.

FOX: Airliner missing.
NBC: Bridgegate
CBS: Koch Brothers
ABC: Bridgegate

Yea, but airliner missing for days on end while the corporations rob Americans blind. It's all the same effect in the end.

So Faux reported on NOTHING but the plane disappearing? Ummm, no. MSNBC reported on the plane, on Bridgegate, on some different people that got arrested for different things, on likely republican contenders in 2016, on the likely outcome of the elections this November, on anti-abortion bills, on the ACA, and Racheal Maddow showed us how to mix a drink.

Anyone wanting to know more about American media should read this:
6187.jpg

These five huge corporations — Time Warner, Disney, Murdoch’s News Corporation, Bertelsmann of Germany, and Viacom (formerly CBS) — own most of the newspapers, magazines, books, radio and TV stations, and movie studios of the United States.

These Big Five (with General Electric’s NBC a close sixth) do not manufacture automobiles, or clothing, or nuts and bolts. They manufacture politics and social values. The media conglomerates have been a major force in creating conservative and far right politics in the country. They have almost single-handedly as a group, in their radio and television dominance, produced a coarse and vulgar culture that celebrates the most demeaning characteristics in the human psyche — greed, deceit, and cheating as a legitimate way to win (as in the various “reality” shows).

It is not just national economics that is at stake — though their power has led to the government’s somnolence of anti-trust action. Nor is it just the neglect of broadcast media giantism by the government agencies that by law are still required to operate “in the public interest.” The public interest is to have the country’s largest broadcasting system in the world provide diversity in news, opinion, and commentary that serves all Americans, right, left, and independent, as well as access to their local stations as well as true choices in national programs.

What is at stake is American democracy itself. A country without all the significant news, points of view, and information its citizens need to be informed voters is risking the loss of democratic rights. Voters without genuine choices and without the information they need to choose what meets their own needs and wishes has produced something alarming: on Election Day our voters are forced to vote for what is the narrowest political choices among all industrial democracies of the world.

Talk about ignorant, islam didn't come into being until 600 AD, Moses was long gone by then, what's this about educating yourself?
