How is Trump planning to primary the most conservative people is there?

It's funny, you guys loved the tea party for being anti establishment. Now you are trashing them for not being with the establishment? Because now Trump likes the establishment?

Are they going to run someone and split the Republican votes givin a path for a dem win? Lol

Donald Trump recently said he would challenge members of the conservative Freedom Caucus in the next midterms because they helped derail his Trumpcare bill. The Freedom Caucus has now responded:

One member said, "“Intimidation may work with some in the short term, but it never really works in the long run,”

Another member said the president has "become captive to the Republican establishment he gleefully flayed during the campaign."

Another member said, “Most people don’t take well to being bullied...It’s constructive in fifth grade,...It may allow a child to get his way. But that’s not how our government works.”

Here is a poll for conservatives only. Which side are you on in this bitter fight?

Why the Freedom Caucus is wrong on this bill:

1. There is almost NEVER a repeal of existing law, usually it gets nullified or reformed like the Constitutional Amendment on banning alcohol (18th Amendment) was merely nullified by the 21st, it did not repeal it.

2. To get anything on the ACA passed, it will have to be done as part of the Reconciliation process, which cannot make a nonneutral change to the governments budget, among other things. One can try to reform the ACA and thus in effect repeal its worst features, but a full blown repeal would require 60 votes in the Senate to end a Democratic filibuster since it is not revenue neutral. So it does not claim to repeal the ACA so it has a better chance of passage. The Freedom Caucus is trying to make it much harder if not impossible to pass this bill through the Senate.

3. Freedom Caucus leaders claim that we can trash this bill and start over and get a better bill passed. No, we cannot. Reconciliation bills can only be proposed once per fiscal year. This cannot be attempted again until 2019 because fiscal years 20 18 is almost on us.

4. The Freedom Caucus has not clarified what their nonnegotiable points are that can allow this bill to pass other than the addle brained "full repeal" demand which cannot happen. They are unwilling to compromise with other elements even within their own party as they fear being skewered by far right mouth pieces like Limbaugh and Levin.

lol, when you're under orders not to criticize Trump, and under orders not to criticize the Tea Party (aka Freedom Caucus)

stunned silence is pretty much your only option.
The idea that conservatives 'take orders' from anyone is a huge wet dream of the GOP establishment. They even turned on Rush for a short time when it came out he had addiction issues.

Why no "None of the above"?

Yeah.

I'm an American so that's the only possible choice for me.

And "freedom caucus" - gotta love the way the Rs always call it the opposite of what it is. In this case, they are dead set against freedom.
