From the ‘You’re Kidding Yet It’s Government’ Files of the Babbitt Murder

It's how you threaten lawmakers at the point of a mob to throw out said election results...which is exactly what they were to do that day...at the behest of the guy who LOST!! :)

Just own it.
so you think a bunch of unarmed people, one wearing horns and a speedo were going to overthrow a government???

if you say so,,

Unarmed?...sure..if you say so. And, how many of those "unarmed" people were there? LOL.
You don't need guns when you have your opponent outnumbered by better than 20 to 1.
And a lot of those "patriots" had sharp pointy sticks, flagpoles, mace, bear spray???
Sure, you run with that. Horn guy is gonna spend the next 4 years being made someone's bitch.
Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. :)

check this out...

...a review of the federal charges against the alleged rioters shows that they did come armed, and with a variety of weapons: stun guns, pepper spray, baseball bats and flagpoles wielded as clubs. An additional suspect also allegedly planted pipe bombs by the headquarters of the Democratic and Republican parties the night before the riot and remains at large.

Those weapons brought violence and chaos to the Capitol. Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick died one day after two rioters allegedly sprayed him and other officers with what prosecutors describe as an "unknown chemical substance." Four other people in the crowd died in the insurrection, and more than 100 police officers suffered injuries, including cracked ribs, gouged eyes and shattered spinal disks.

Even when I agree with you about Hitler not being socialist, you still screw it up.
Clearly it was Hindenburg who APPOINTED Hitler Chancellor of Germany, leading to him being able to declare emergency powers.

{...
On January 30, 1933, Adolf Hitler was appointed as the chancellor of Germany by President Paul Von Hindenburg.
...}

You're reading impaired. I didn't say otherwise.

Sorry, but that is stupid.
Every single cop always has a pistol visible, so does that mean we can shoot all cops as a potential lethal threat?
Of course not.
And similarly, even if Ashli had been armed, which she wasn't, that would not have been sufficient justification for deliberately killing her for just going through a window.
You would have to have reasonable cause to believe she WAS armed, had a deadly intent, and that there was no way to stop her without being killed.
Since Bryd was 2' away when he pulled the trigger, clearly he could simply have pushed her back, fired a warning shot, shouted a command, or even done a leg shot.
Since he did none of these or anything else, it clearly was deliberate murder.
You're pathological. :eusa_liar:

Byrd was on one side of the Speaker's Lobby and Ashes was on the other. Unless that hallway was only 4 feet wide, Byrd was more than 2 feet away. And according to him, all he saw was someone attempting to breach the barricade while a mob was trying to break the doors down. That was enough to justify shooting her.

And had she not climbed up there, somebody was getting shot. Who ever was the first one through was gonna get plugged to keep the lawmakers & staff, who were still holed up inside the House Chamber, safe.

NO, the National Socialist NEVER called themselves "socialists".
The meaning of "National Socialist" was always clearly meant as "anti-socialist".

And you still do not have it right.
The Nazi Party did not and could not "making him führer by declaring him chancellor & president."
It was Paul von Hindenburg, the current president, who appointed Hitler as Chancellor.
It was clumsy wording on my part. What I meant was they combined the two positions, making him führer.

OMG!!
your right,,

OH THE HORROR OF IT ALL,,

Do a report on the Cannon Building and get back to us with a report in 24 hours.
Why? That has absolutely nothing to do with Ashes Targetpractice committing suicide by cop.

It's bad enough you troll but now you're trolling your own thread.

Liar.
The job of police is to protect all rights EQUALLY.
Anyone who does not do that, is not supposed to be accepted by the police.

Nor was there even the slightest indication Ashli was a threat to anyone at all.
When someone is breaking the law and threatening the safety of others, which was the case with Benedict Babbitt, police have the duty to stop them using any means necessary. That's why it wasn't murder and why Byrd is not facing charges.

Sucks to be you.

The House floor had its own locked entrance, and this barricade where Bryd was had no significant value at all.
And all police have radios, so should all have known that all the congress people had left.

If Bryd wanted to hold and defend that barricade, then he should have been out in the hallway, where he could easily have pushed Ashli back through the window.
But instead he barricaded himself into an empty meeting room off the hall, and started shooting people without warning or need.
This is not the military, and this was not wartime.
He shot and killed the very citizen he was sworn to protect.
You're lying again. That barricade was all that stood between that violent mob of domestic terrorists and the House chamber where people were still hunkering down.
