.it is not her duty to teach Mexicans who live here illegally. She has every right to ask the president to help the AMERICAN Taxpayer and their childeren.

I doubt the employee handbook said anything about legal or illegal children. Trying to get your students deported is way overstepping your bounds, and they had every right to fire her.

You think the employee handbook dictates that "All employees shall violate federal law, obedience to federal law shall be grounds for immediate termination?"

No. The question of whether or not your students are illegals shouldn't even be a question. You job is too teach children. Not to sniff out illegals.

She didn't "sniff out" anyone. She wrote a letter supporting upholding law. For that she was fired. ONLY criminals may teach children, apparently. Not only should she file a lawsuit in the hundreds of millions, federal law enforcement should indict those who use public office to further criminal goals.
