Well.....Suggest a different way to get an uncooperative person in handcuffs? What if he had tazed or sprayed her? She wasnt going to cooperate. It sucks that shes just a teen. But...often times teens must be detained by police too. Right?

Well.....Suggest a different way to get an uncooperative person in handcuffs? What if he had tazed or sprayed her? She wasnt going to cooperate. It sucks that shes just a teen. But...often times teens must be detained by police too. Right?

First off, no part of that cops behavior was defenceable as stated by his superiors. And It's not just the teen. I used that as an example because it was recent. Not to mention totally unnecessarily.
