Gaige Grosskreutz testifies in rittenhouse trial

Have you even watched any of the trial?
Paid attention to any of the court testimony or evidence?
Kyle tried to surrender but the police used pepper spray on him and told him to get away from the vehicle.

If he was a black man, they would have shot him in the back.

Kyle only shot people directly assaulting him or being an imminent threat to him. Nobody else was injured by him.... Even Grosskreutz yesterday had to unwillingly admit that. But since he had purjured himself and three other witnesses for the prosecution also testified that Grosskreutz had lied significantly about everything...it actually appears that Grosskreutz was looking for an opportunity to commit murder on Kyle...when Kyle shot him first.

If Grosskreutz wanted to shoot Rittenhouse, he could have done so when Rittenhouse was shooting Huber. He didn't.

The prosecution's case is in shambles... absolutely destroyed at this point.
The only charge left that has a snowball chance of possibly sticking is the misdemeanor weapons charge. And it isn't exactly looking good for that one either.

You are fantasizing, buddy. Nobody wants a gun toting maniac running down their streets shooting people.

That was the whole reason for the facepalm moment.....

I'm guessing you didn't see it yesterday...

Yeah... Grosskreutz wasn't going to admit to attempted murder...but his actions looked and sounded exactly that way. Exactly and precisely like he was trying to kill Kyle from close quarters where the pistol is equal to the rifle. Even others testified to everything that would make a great case of Grosskreutz attempting to do everything that Kyle is being charged with.

And the prosecutor had a facepalm moment when that proved to be absolutely untrue and not factual at all....

Gaige Paul Grosskreutz of West Allis, Wisconsin, United States was one of the men shot by Kyle Rittenhouse on August 25, 2020. They were in the same Black Lives Matter demonstration in Kenosha, Wisconsin that day.

During the demonstration, Rittenhouse was one of the armed civilians who wanted to protect businesses from vandalism. Grosskreutz was one of the protesters demanding justice for Jacob Blake, who was shot by Kenosha Police Department officer Rusten Sheskey in the back at least eight times on August 23, 2020.

With a PARAMEDIC cap, a medical bag and a handgun, Grosskreutz volunteered as a medic earlier that night. He was part of the People’s Revolution Movement, a social justice group based in Milwaukee, and attended the demonstration with the group.

From 2013 to 2016, he attended Milwaukee Area Technical College at the Oak Creek, Wisconsin campus where he earned his emergency medical technician basic (EMT-B) certification.
In 2016, he was convicted of a criminal misdemeanor for going armed with a firearm while intoxicated. He also had a forfeiture case for not showing obedience to officers and one for loud noises.
He was part of a group of activists who have demonstrated around Milwaukee to seek justice for George Floyd, who died on May 25, 2020, Milwaukee activist Bethany Crevensten told The Oklahoman.
From June 2020 to July 2020, he volunteered as a medic for the Black Lives Matter protests around Milwaukee.
After being shot by Rittenhouse on August 25, 2020, he was treated at two hospitals in Kenosha. Afterwards, Flight for Life airlifted him to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee.

If anything Grosskreutz needs to be charged with a number of felonies and misdemeanors from his testimony and others testimonies.
His sole purpose there was to incite and escalate the violence...the paramedic hat was just a ruse as many of the prosecution's witnesses were testifying yesterday.

Sure doesn't appear that way.. He's worked as a paramedic. He's not a loner.

He might be an actual EMT...but the testimony yesterday under oath showed him to be a liar and opportunistic predator...

He lied about several material facts and the prosecutor's own witnesses testified about him escalating violence and vandalism.

What did he lie about?

What did he lie about?
About his purpose at the riot for starters,
His defenseless approach towards Kyle,
About Kyle's actions towards himself and others.

Kyle saved himself by shooting Grosskreutz...who was going to murder him. 3feet away and he was aiming his pistol at Kyle when Kyle shot him.

Not to mention that Grosskreutz was knowingly and willfully committing a felony by having the pistol at the riot. His earlier misdemeanor firearm weapons charges removed him from the ability to carry a firearm openly or concealed. Also disregarding police directives charges demonstrate his own aggressive nature.

Actually, he probably will, because people in Wisconsin aren't going to be terribly keen on FISH* coming up and shooting up their citizens.

(*FISH - Fucking Illinois Shit Heads).

What we saw was a maniac gunning down three people in the street, and the police letting him walk out like nothing happened.
Wrong.

The people of Wisconsin support anyone's right to sefl defense. What you saw was someone violoently attacked by three people and then shot in self defense.

He was not shooting anyone except those who attacked him.

Clear self defense.

Lol, more bullshit from a criminal loving maggot.

the dude who came at rittenhouse with gun is saying he was the victim.

Was Mr. Grosskreutz immediately arrested and charged?

He admitted to assault on a minor child in open court.

That is a good question.

There may be precedents but I am not sure if there are or what they are. If someone survives being shot in self defnse and the shooter is arrested what happens when the shooter is acquited? Do they arrest the one shot in self defense or drop the whole thing?

Amazing isn't it, the amount of actual SCUM here that want criminals to be free and people defending themselves to be imprisoned or killed. It's these that need to be eliminated from the world.

If he was a black man, they would have shot him in the back.

And if you had a brain, you'd be smarter...

If Grosskreutz wanted to shoot Rittenhouse, he could have done so when Rittenhouse was shooting Huber. He didn't.

That's pretty meaningless.

I wonder if you would be just as willing to make that argument in the case of the guy who killed Ahmaud Arberry. He, too, had plenty of opportunity to kill Arberry before he actually did...

You are fantasizing, buddy. Nobody wants a gun toting maniac running down their streets shooting people.

The weapons charge could land Rittenhouse in jail for a year, and there's actually precedent for that...

If they can let a violent pedophile felon go free, they will.

Lol, more bullshit from a criminal loving maggot.

Except that it's not bullshit.

Bernhard Goetz was found not guilty of attempted murder charges stemming from a shooting on a New York City subway, but he spent 8 months in jail on a misdemeanor weapons conviction.

Calling it bullshit is ignorant. Maybe the kid skates but, if he doesn't at least there's case law which supports putting him in jail...

I don't see where it makes a difference if Rittenhouse is acquitted or not.

Even if he were found guilty, this witness still confessed to a crime.

Actually the two cases are remarkably similar.

Both were in possession of weapons they shouldn't have had.

Both shot someone with their respective weapon.

Geotz was acquitted of attempted murder.

It would appear as though Rittenhouse may be acquitted of murder.

Geotz was sentenced to 12 mnths in jail for possessing the weapon he used, thereby setting the precedent for Rittenhouse to meet the same fate.

How do you see this as "apples & oranges"?
