No, really. I don't know what talking.points you mean, but the Propagandist of Animal Farm is Squealer, the equivalent of Breitbart et al. Take a fact and twist it until it fits the needs of the day, usually to keep Napoleon in power, if I remember correctly. Like I said, both sides are doing it so I'm not going to argue with you about it.
