Georgia state legislator arrested for insurrection. She tried to go into governors office and stop democratic process!

.....violence/violating/DISOBEYING legal orders/etc is their culture.....no wonder it's self destructive and their communities are shitholes = undeniable

You are right, because we didn't see any violence/violating/disobeying legal orders when all those white folks stormed the Capitol on Jan 6.
you fkd up:
UNDENIABLE----blacks MURDER at four times the rate of those at the Capitol
...blacks RAPE at TWICE the rate
the TRUTH/FACTS are, blacks are more violent

How many times are you going to post this false information.
etc many links..blacks are 1/5 the population of whites

Insurrection is insurrection. It doesn't matter what race the broad is, if she was interfering in the process of government, delaying it in any way, that's what happens.

That's the lesson we learned on 6 January. The Government doesn't take any shit from the people.

How was she doing that? This was a public place. The State Trooper couldn't even recite the law she was breaking. Why was the Governor trying to sign legislation that affects the public in private, is Kemp trying to get back into the good graces of the right wing, conservative, racist republicans.
um they were pretty clear about reciting what she was arrested for...two felonies in fact:

Cannon faces two felony charges -- felony obstruction and preventing or disrupting general assembly session, according to an arrest affidavit seen by CNN. The affidavit states that Cannon was charged with disrupting General Assembly session because she "knowingly and intentionally did by knocking the governor's door during session of singing [sic] a bill."
The arrest affidavit for the felony obstruction charge said she "did knowingly and willfully hinder Officer E. Dorval and Officer G. Sanchez of the Capitol PD, a law enforcement officer in the lawful discharge or the officer's official duties by Use of Threats of Violence, violence to the person of said officer by stomping on LT Langford foot three times during the apprehension and as she was being escorted out of the property. The accused continued on kicking LT Langford with her heels."

Really? How was that when she was in a public place. Since when is knocking on a door a felony. Can you post the law.
I literally just posted the laws she is accused of breaking...read what I posted.

When the door says "Staff Only" - because of an official Govt action taking place, it can be illegal. I have no idea if she'll be convicted or not.

The same way people are being charged for being in the US Capitol...which is a "public place" someone can be charged for being in the GA Capitol....depends on where and when...public spaces aren't always open to the public.

If it was obstructing Government Business, that makes it Insurrection. As far as the facts in this individual case, its really up to 12 angry men to render a verdict. They have a right to hear the evidence.

They made it illegal to give water to people waiting in line to vote. Care to explain that one? There can be only one explanation but I've yet to hear anyone make the attempt at justification.

Where else is water handed out to people waiting in line? And why exactly should anyone in government be handing out water to begin with? Are they grown, responsible adults, who when see a long line can grab their own damn bottle of water? The idea that everyone should be coddled and hand held because they're not capable of doing things on their own is ridiculous and out of hand, grow the hell up.

"Georgia state troopers arrested state Rep. Park Cannon on Thursday as she knocked on Gov. Brian Kemp’s door, interrupting his livestreamed announcement that he had signed an elections bill into law. The officers forcibly removed Cannon, a Democrat from Atlanta, dragging her through the Capitol and pushing her into a police car. She was charged with obstruction of law enforcement and disrupting General Assembly sessions -- Cannon knocked on Kemp’s office door, saying the public should be allowed to witness the announcement of the bill signing."

This woman should have been charged with domestic terrorism and insurrection because her and her gang of black thugs stormed the state Capitol; assaulted police officers, tried to break into a private proceeding and stop the lawful operation of government. What did this whore think she was gonna do? Stop the Governor from signing a bill into law?? Not just any bill, but a very very important GOP bill that has 30% approval from Georgia voters; which is basically majority support; if you exclude everyone else....which is kind of the point of the bill.....

However, the best part of the bill and what I hope goes nationwide (except in states were Democrats control the legislature) is the part of the bill that allows state legislatures to throw out the results of elections they don't like...I mean technically, voters should decide elections -- but that's only if not too many darkies vote; unless they vote for the Republican candidate -- if not, then of course that's fraud.
The darkie vote is a big problem in Georgia. The GOP only has two options in my opinion. Option 1 is stopping these types from voting. The issues can be very complicated and its probably better that uninformed opinions are discounted. Perhaps consideration should also be given to other groups like women and the unemployed.

Lets face it, some moocher digging through the trash for his lunch is unlikely to have anything of value to add to the debate.

Option 2 would be crafting policies that attract these people to vote Gop. Obviously that would be a last resort and would risk alienating their core voters.

They have my sympathies.
Don't you white motherfuckers know by now......the black voter is the most powerful vote in the country and knowing that...nothing you white fucks can do, will do and have done is gonna stop us....Georgia has changed and you white fucks best get with reality.....Jim Crow is now an Jim Eagle, watch us sore next election!!LOLOL

Racist asshole.

This is false....I get that you have only read or heard what liars and propagandist have told you about it...but it's false. The law doesn't ban everyone from doing this. It puts a 25 foot perimeter from the polling station for campaigns to hand out things, including give aways, like food and water and other gifts.

What role did election fraud play in Brian Kemp's political career?

Brian Kemp - Wikipedia

"In 2015, Kemp's office erroneously distributed the Social Security numbers and dates of birth of registered Georgia voters.

"During the 2016 election, Kemp was the only state official to reject help from the Department of Homeland Security to guard against Russian interference.

"Kemp also encountered criticism from voting rights advocates; from 2012 to 2018, Kemp's office cancelled more than 1.4 million voter registrations, and during the 2018 election, Kemp held up more than 53,000 voter registration applications, with nearly 70% of the voter registrations belonging to African Americans

"In 2018, Kemp was a candidate for governor where he faced Democratic nominee Stacey Abrams.

"Kemp refused to resign as secretary of state while campaigning for governor, which stirred controversy and accusations of abuse of power.

"On the eve of the election, Kemp falsely accused the Georgia Democratic Party of cybercrimes related to the election; a 2020 investigation by the Georgia Attorney General's office concluded that there was no evidence for Kemp's claims."

Ummm ... no.

Non-Hispanic White Americans make up the largest share of registered voters in the U.S., at 69% of the total as of 2019. Hispanic and Black registered voters each account for 11% of the total, while those from other racial or ethnic backgrounds account for the remainder (8%).

Obviously this uppety and shiftless Black B was attempting to bust down the door and assault police officers.
She may have also had bear spray and a crossbow as well as tactical gear, zip ties and a noose.
Let this be a lesson! :rolleyes-41:

the only new law in Georgia that is questionable to me is the prohibition of handing out snacks and water to voters standing in line

but even that applies to both blacks and whites
