When a man is arrested for assaulting someone in the ladies room, IF (which this guy didn't) he says he was using the bathroom justifiably, the matter of assault still stands. If a woman entered the women's room and assaulted a child, she would still be accountable for the assault.Since "trans" is self-diagnosed with respect to new dictates coming from the throne at the Whitehouse, who are you to say he doesn't feel like a woman trapped in a man's body? The guy was no trans; has absolutely nothing whatever to do with the Bathroom Law.
Recall how disability cases are handled in court--the plaintiff (disabled) is frequently investigated by a PI to see if the person is really as disabled as he says....
Recall how defendants claiming 'insanity' as a defense are handled: the defendant must PROVE it using psychological evals, etc.
Anyone who used a 'trans' defense for being in the wrong locker room or bathroom would have a lot of further 'splainin to do.
And an actual transgender individual would not be noticed in the bathroom they chose to use. The entire issue is fabricated nonsense used by people who are for some reason hysterically afraid of transgenders. Trans folks aren't going to hurt your little girls. They haven't yet and they're not going to start now.
