Obama has nominated Thomas Perez for secretary of labor. Perez is another dyed in the wool socialist that the Republicans must oppose and Obama only nominated him to make the GOP look like racists instead of legislators doing what is best for our country. Everything is a political game with Obama. He is doing everything he can to finish wrecking the country during his last term. He will go down in history as the worst and most hated president our country ever had.

How Obama's labor secretary nominee could spoil the GOP reboot

Is breitfart or beck the one that pays you to troll forums with nothing but ultra-right wing bullshit?

Yeah I can see why a corporatist apologist is terrified of a labor secretary that might actually care about the state of laborers in this nation.

All criminals fear an effective and honest police

We need someone to stop the union thugs and Perez is in the union's pocket just like Obama.

The truth can slap you liberals in the face and you still can't see it.

I'm going with Breitfart, as you are clearly beyond brainwashed with your radical right wing BS.

People like you want to see the U.S. destroyed.

Says the radical right wing fascist that hates america

Though it looks like I was right with my assumption that you are a paid troll for breitfart.
What do you think you are accomplishing by spamming forums with radical right wing propaganda? It just makes yourself and the entire GOP look like a bunch of brainwashed morons.

There are none so blind as those who will not see is a perfect description of all liberals.

Another perfect fruitloop, another person that cannot hold a thought longer than one sentence.

Department of Labor should not just be for "the laborers". It is to be for the labor market...including those that create jobs for those "laborers".

Right... definitely not enough people advocating for them...

That is not what I said. You misinterpreted my post...or I was not clear enough.

Decisions made by the department of labor should include affects on the business owners as well.

Most business owners are not mega corporate owners. They are ma and pa's....and yes, they, too, need to know the government is thinking of them as well when implementing policies.

Given that those people have increased their income by a factor of three or four over the last three decades, I don't think that they need any help. In the meantime, the wages have either gone downward, or stayed flat for the people on the factory floor.

And is there any indication that the President's nominee won't do that? Of course not.

Yeah...those ma and pa business owners...you know...the ones that make up the majority of businesses in the US....they have increased their income of 3 or 4 over the last three decades.

You are quite naive......

Exactly where did I say he would or he wouldnt?

I entered the debate of this thread making a comment as to how we must vett a nominee....he or she must have the best interest of both the business owners as well as the labor force in mind when implementing policies....

Sorry if such an insertion into the debate didnt include...."he is a moron...she is an idiot....you are clueless...he is a marxist....he hates America.....she is a dolt...."

I dare you to find a single post of mine where I refer to any politician of either side of the aisle as "a marxist, an idiot, a moron, a dolt..."

I did it once a few years back regarding that guy from Florida...the one termer who claimed the intentions of the GOP werre to have people die early...

Other than that?

I disagree with many politicians....most on the left...some on the right.....but I never question their motives or intelligence.....

Sorry if i dont "fit in" to your style.

Touching rant.

Working people should be grateful they have jobs. It is worker greed and their constant demands for more benefits that ran companies out of the U.S. over to China.

Yes, those rotten employees, who want that enormous 1 or 2% increase in pay. If they get that, the generous, god-like CEO won't be able to afford his 3rd yacht. They should lower the minimum wage as was suggested in another thread, and eliminate all worker protections. Those pathetic, blood sucking worms should be paying the CEO for their opportunities to work in this great capitalistic country of ours.
