The GOP with their constant message of "Don't trust the government. They are out to get you. Vote for us instead".

The GOP base finally got it. It's the Republicans who they voted into office who is out to get them. And get them they have. Helping send jobs overseas, involving them in a made up war, redistribution of wealth to the top 1%.

You can't work to create income inequality and then complain there is income inequality. That's the GOP dilemma.

So what is the base doing? They are trying to elect a reality host/clown. They don't trust anyone else. .
