Dont know. You need to remember that a good deal of our legal system is driven on career building. The DA poured allot into this and after all the effort I doubt they will settle for life in tapiocaville. 3 counts of murder 1 as well as years of doing thit with hundreds of botched abortions at best gets him put in segregation.
