My mother's Dad was a lobsterman and that was what they ate when there wasn't anything else. She didn't start liking it until she moved inland and it cost $20 per frozen tail. THEN she decided she liked it.

I lived in New England for several years so I'm spoiled. I have had lobster all over the country since and none of it comes close to fresh lobster off the boat same day. I recently purchased a bag of frozen lobster claws at Walmart, they were not edible I ended up throwing out the entire dish.
