What a stinking load of crap. And even if they only sold cars to the rich, who cares? Why is that an excuse to ban the direct sale of something? There will never be a moderately priced Tesla like there will never be a moderately priced Lamborghini.
Tesla just wants to keep all the money for themselves and prevent dealers from giving any dealer incentives. It's easier to keep their product from the peasants who merely have money.
It is. But Republicans just pick and choose which free market principles to apply when and where.Isn't it a violation of free market principles?
Anyway, that's how oil companies prevent us from switching to ecological cars. It just seems that we are free to do anything and to change for better, but in fact, everything is under strict control.

Texas policy is not immune from criticism from people who live outside of Texas. Unless you want to forfeit all rights you have in criticizing California law? What a total way to avoid the argument. It is. But Republicans just pick and choose which free market principles to apply when and where.Isn't it a violation of free market principles?

If the people who LIVE there doesn't like it THEY can take it up with him.
really none of anyone else's business just something to gripe about Republicans over and damn PETTY
There are presently no moderately priced Tesla cars. That will change in less than half a decade. And why should we have to pay a middle man to buy a Tesla? Just another ploy by rich bastards who want a chunk of your money for doing nothing at all. To hell with the dealers.
The problem is that the Tesla is a dual threat to big money. First, it is far cheaper to operate than an ICE, second, even with that, an individual can generate their own electricity with solar at home, and the fuel costs are zero after the initial investment. In other words, Tesla gives the individual an area of more individual freedom, something that people like Staph hate the thought of.
