Should government employees be compelled to give up their rights to the 5th amendment, in relation to their work within the government?

The Obama Administration proves "Yes" indeed.. corruption has run a muck, it should be considered "Organized Crime" at this point.

..and that's the tip of the iceberg, many of Obama's officials should be jailed for treason..

Actually, she should have been made to testify under proffer. At any rate, she forfeited her constitutional rights in the first hearing by giving 17 types of distinct responses before claiming her 5th Amendment rights.

But oh yes, we're the unpatriotic ones. If you say so, jillian.

No, everyone has that right...even Government employees. Take a right away from one and you might as well take it away from everyone.

The Obama Administration inspires such measures. Obama has too much to hide and the Justice Department under Holder can't reasonably be trusted.

Holder is a political plant and traitor to the American people, in no way impartial.

Lerner having meetings with the DOJ is like a witness for the prosecution meeting with Al Capon before his trial.
