Governor Moonbeam signs bill to ban concealed guns on all California campuses

The OP was from back in June for one thing.
'Moonbeam's' bill will never stand up in the courts.
He signed the bill for 100% political reasons.

good for him.

So now the police are 100% liable to protect you on campuses if you are forced to leave your handgun behind.

Got it.
Forget winning that case in court...you will be dead first.

It may not protect the person shot, but I will protect people later on.
How?

If government or whatever organization was made liable for shootings that took place where they banned CCW, I doubt the bans would stay in place.

Right now its a no risk move for California's government to create this ban. If the ban required them to provide protection or face liability, they probably wouldn't be so quick on the draw.

The police have no obligation to protect you, even against a specific, known threat.
