Harris vs Trump tax policy: taxing Service Industry tips

One of the biggest Dem lies ever.

That is exactly what the democrat leadership does . . .lie!

The fact is, Trump’s promise of “no tax on tips” would be in keeping with ending the Democrats imposition of the “Temporary Victory Tax of 1943”, which essentially is the tax service workers are now having confiscated from their earnings.

Roosevelt’s Victory Tax of 1943 expanded the so-called 16th Amendment’s “income tax” upon the unearned profits of corporations and businesses to include an unconstitutional 5 percent “temporary” direct tax upon working people’s earned wages. And although the 16th Amendment was sold as a way to tax “unearned income” as opposed to a working person’s earned wages, the tax on working people’s earned wages was sold as a temporary and patriotic necessity to fund the war effort.

Hollywood’s pinko crowd even helped Roosevelt’s Administration into conning wage earners to pay the “temporary” tax as a patriotic duty to fund the war.

The bottom line is, Trump is on firm ground to end the un-constitutional, un-apportioned and temporary direct tax of 1943 on the property which working people earn by the sweat of their labor.

“The property which every man has in his own labor, as it is the original foundation of all other property, so it is the most sacred and inviolable. The patrimony of the poor man lies in the strength and dexterity of his own hands; and to hinder him from employing this strength and dexterity in what manner he thinks proper, without injury to his neighbor, is a plain violation of this most sacred property.” _ Butchers’ Union Co. v. Crescent City Co., 111 U.S. 746 (1884)

If you are alluding to "Democrats" I am not now nor have I ever been one.

Now defend Trump's inability to get anything done as opposed to just lashing out and blaming others.
I reject your whole premise. So...you're a socialist or full fledged communist?
