The last thing they are worried about is a tax break and most of them would not qualify for a tax break for the elites. Also Texas will be in a building boom , does not need a tax break. If the taxes go any lower only the median income will pay taxes, but that is what the elites want.

The very root of the problem is that special interests want a tax break for themselves at the expense of the corporate tax rate being raised to compensate for their special deals.

1) Do not pass tax reform using a reconciliation bill just to cut the Democrats out of having a voice.

2) Do not pass tax reform which adds to the debt.

That's not unreasonable.
