I got nothing here. A completely unprovable and subjective category is NOW a legitimate legal standard. Because proof is a burden we shouldn't be bothered with.

In 2023 America, one should always make sure to smile when dealing with any non-Caucasian. (And that goes for non-Caucasians dealing with other non-Caucasians!!!)

If you are young, do not jeopardize your future by posting on social media anything the least critical of any ethnicity, gender, religion, or sexuality. Prospective employers can find those posts.

Do not subscribe (print or online) to any controversial publications.

If you are asked at work to contribute to any charity that helps any downtrodden ethnicity or gender or religion or sexuality, contribute as much as you can.

In the coming years, hate speech laws will be increasing and rigorously enforced.
