No, I never heard of it and don't believe it's real. It's a good way to say that the Taliban didn't do it, so Biden's "red line" isn't crossed. He does have a problem now --- the Muslims are fighting us but Biden is trying to evacuate. I don't see how he can send in a whole lot of troops now! After we've already lost and the Taliban hold the whole city and the whole country. Militarily impossible. So he'll tell any lie to get out of that, IMO.
