Apparently, a Hawaiian Official wanted to take a closer look at it, so he brought it outdoors into the sunlight on a beach. At the same time, a one foot tsunami surge hit and ripped the birth certificate out of his hands. Then, after the certificate was pulled out to sea, a shark ate it.
