I've got some hearing problems from using construction equipment, firearms, electric guitars and loud explosive devices without using the proper ear protection.

So I'm kinda fucked. The damage is already done.

My ears ring. It's called "tinnitus" by otolaryngologists. I just sort of hide it by listening to the radio really loud when I'm trying to sleep.
