Hey look....Tamir Rices "toy" gun vs a real gun; Can you tell?

Prosecutors Show Tamir Rice's Play Gun, and Real Gun - NBC News

Hey look. Tamirs "toy" next to a real with that will kill you instantly. Hmmm. Sitting on your couch can you tell the difference? What about walking in a park having someone point it at you? WHAT ABOUT being the guy told to go confront and control the person pointing it at others....especially when you arrive and he reaches for it???

You gonna pause and say "Whoa whoa whoa son....is that a toy or real???"

Just another reason why I support Black Lives Matter!

Yes. Support the right to try pointing a gun at a cop with no consequences.

Tell us again how many seconds the cops took to evaluate the situation. FOUR seconds...? Also, why did they pull up so close to the kid?

What's long enough in your opinion? Should they wait long enough that when it's real they get shot first. Would that suit you?

People had called claiming someone had a gun. If someone was breaking into your house and you called the police, would you want the police to come to your house or 10 houses down the street? That's how it works. Police go to where the situation is occurring.

Another happy day for racists. Why didn't the dispatcher tell the cops it was a toy gun? Also, why didn't the cops just run over him - since they pulled up right beside him?

Because they didn't KNOW it was a toy.

Imagine....dispatcher tells cop "Caller says the gun might be a toy".

Cop walks up to guy with "toy gun".

Toy gun.....is a real Glock with some orange paint on the tip.

Cop shot in head.

Dispatcher fucked.

That's why they don't say "gun MIGHT BE a toy".

The gun had the part that made it distinguishable from a toy gun removed.

Explain how the dispatcher that isn't at the location supposed to know it was a toy.

If someone had a toy gun, one you couldn't tell was a toy, would you run over to them?

As I recall - the dispatcher was TOLD that it was a toy gun or BB/pellet gun.

What I need is the 911 tape, name of the caller, and when they told the dispatcher it was a toy.

See guys....to liberal cop haters.....cop tactics are like Obamacare "Have to pass it to see what's in it".

They can't tell us how cops should properly handle a situation until the OUTCOME is known. THEN they can say what cops should've done.

See? Have to know the hindsight outcome before telling us how it should've been approached.

See.....had they stopped 50 yards away and yelled "Drop it"....and he runs and gets away...then kills someone....people would find out cops were "too scared to get close to him" and rip them.

So....as for cops....we can judge proper tactics until we see them do something then second guess it from our couch.

According to CNN...they pulled so close because that was not where they expected him to be...they were told that he was near the swings.

Probably fake.
Hear the 911 call about Tamir Rice: Gun is 'probably fake,' caller says
“There is a guy with a pistol,” the caller had said. “It’s probably fake, but he’s pointing it at everybody.”

Key words - he is pointing it at everybody.
You treat a toy like it is real, you get real consequences.

Had it been real and Tamir shot someone, those saying the cops should have known better would be the same ones chastising them because they treated it like toy.

The prosecutor called it “a perfect storm of human error” but said no crime was committed.

That's the best way to describe it
