An 11th grade student at a high school in Georgia says he was punished for expressing support for Donald Trump.

Patrick Ragozzine, a student at Cherokee High School, received an administrative warning after he defended Trump over claims made by other students that the president was racist.

The school is located in Canton, Georgia, which is about 45 minutes from the city of Atlanta.

To the radical leftards it shouldn't matter if you like Trump or not. You zombies need to realize the next President might cause your kids to get the same thing then it will matter to you right. Until then hate Trump or not you zombies need to start waking the hell up and realize THIS IS NOT WHAT AMERICA IS ABOUT.

Yep, Trump's election has given overbearing racists a boost. They think it justifies their obnoxious behavior.

The smart thing to do is use these things to illuminate and punish the school, and the best way to punish the left is cut off their access to other peoples money...an education in how the evils of soviet style communism worked/didn't work would go a long way in highlighting the dangerous fallout of/from these types of PC re-education schools/camps.

If the student disrupted the educational process, he was wrong.

No vendor-customer relationship exists between teacher and student, only a commodity purchase by the student that the teacher grades.

Understand now?

Let the school hold a debate on Frankenenonsense's proposal, and which him lose bigly.

As long as that's the real an stated reason for punishment then OK...and I assume then that you agree it should not have been for supporting Trump.
Student had every right to support Trump if the discussion was a pro and con situation.

If it was, and the teacher went off on the student, the teacher needs some chastising, yes.

Good job

This is a part of the write up:

"School officials later summoned Ragozzine to a meeting and told him that he couldn’t discuss politics in the classroom."

Are they aware of his reason for saying anything in the first place? Because if they are going to get after him and not whoever got the "conversation" going, then they are nothing, but a bunch of hypocrites. What did them other kids think would happen? If they didn't want grief from anyone else, they should've been more discreet if they just had to say anything at all.

God bless you and that boy always!!!

Heaven forbid students having any kind of intellectual discussion in a school of all places!
What's the world coming to?

That's right. Fringe groups on the right and the entire democrat party manifesting their inherent racism thanks to Trump's election.
